Dr. Martin ThielenSenior Pastor
Martin has an undergraduate degree from Ouachita University, a Master of Divinity from Southern Seminary, A Doctor of Ministry degree from Midwestern Seminary, and has done post-graduate work at Vanderbilt University. While pursuing a successful career in insurance, Martin was called to the ministry and served several Southern Baptist churches, as well as working as an editor, author, and consultant with the Southern Baptist Convention. After joining the United Methodist Church, Martin served several United Methodist churches, including a ten-year pastorate at First UMC, Lebanon, Tennessee prior to being appointed to Brentwood United Methodist Church. |
