Inclement Weather Policy

Weekend Worship Services

In case of inclement weather on Saturday evening or Sunday morning, the Saturday evening service, Sunday 8:30 and 9:50 services, and Sunday School will be cancelled. We will have an 11:00 service for those who are able to safely get out. To find out if we are following an inclement weather schedule, please check out the web site at www.bumc.net or call 615.373.3663 ext. 400. We will also be sending out an e-mail blast with schedule news, so please check your e-mail. Nursery care availability will depend on the ability of our workers to safely get to church.

Day School:

BUMC Day School follows Williamson County Schools for delayed openings and closings.

Center for Children and Families (CCF)

In the event of inclement weather, CCF will work with Brentwood United Methodist Church to make a decision about opening late or closing for the day. The CCF will make a decision no later than 5:30 AM on the day in question. Families will be notified of any closings or delays through e-mail. You can also check the CCF website www.centerforchildrenandfamilies.net or call the CCF office 615.324.8202 where there will be a message regarding the day in question.
