One-Day Marriage Conference
February 29, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Sunset Middle School (200 Sunset Trail, Brentwood, Tenn. 37027)
When you get married, you make this vow – “to love and to cherish.” While these vows are for marriage, they are the key to any human relationship. Maybe you’re married and as you think about your own marriage, you feel like every other couple you know has it all together – they’re always smiling and hugging and so happy in their pictures – but you can’t seem to get past arguing about who’s going to pick up the kids or where you’re going to eat for dinner? Maybe you’re headed towards marriage and want to begin building a strong foundation with your spouse. Join us as we take an incredibly practical look at these two words – to love and to cherish – and their impact on marriage and relationships.
Hosted by licensed professional counselor Jonathan Billingham and Lead Pastor at The Village Nashville Travis Garner, you’ll get physiological, emotional, and spiritual insights into marriage and tips and practices to better know your partner and build a strong marriage.
The cost of the workshop is $50 per couple. Childcare is provided (children must bring lunch).
(This workshop satisfies the state’s premarital counseling discount requirement to save you $60 on your marriage license.)
