DAILY READING
FIELD NOTES
Have you ever felt led by God to do something that caused other people to question your sanity? Join the Peace Corps? Adopt after having several children who are already grown? Go back to school at mid-life?
Did you do it? What did it feel like? Were you at peace with God?
Following God, while hard and difficult at times, will bring us peace. Even if only in our hearts. And sometimes, only after years. But it will come. We have to trust it to be so.

PRAYER GUIDE
Lord, your ways are higher than ours. Let us trust you and follow you down the path to peace. Amen.
FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT CHALLENGE
For the duration of our sermon series, we are offering daily prompts for applying the wisdom from the scriptures to our everyday lives. Each week focuses on how we can encourage those around us and bear fruit! This week we are focusing on the fruit of peace.

-St. Teresa of Avila
Who do you know who has experienced contentment and God’s peace during this time of uncertainty? How has seeing that been a blessing to you during this time? Take a moment to thank and encourage that person today!
