Can you imagine, you’re sitting there, inside the house listening to Jesus when all of a sudden a burst of light comes through the ceiling and a paralyzed man is lowered through the roof, hoping to be healed? And what does Jesus do? He acknowledges their faith and heals the man. Sometimes, God works at unexpected times and in unexpected ways. The people listening had no idea about what was going to happen. Neither did the friends of the paralyzed man. They had faith though. And that was enough.
