Love Your Neighbor

Our family jumped as the doorbell rang. I went to see who it was, but all I saw was a beautiful bunch of tulips.  The tulips were from our neighbors down the street.  We receive lots of treats from our friends and neighbors.  On our doorstep we have found cookies, fudge, candy canes and chocolate. Around our neighborhood, we always love to discover fun chalk drawings on the sidewalks.  Some neighbors even write encouraging messages in chalk on the sidewalks to spread joy. My family loves to share homemade cinnamon rolls with our neighbors. They are our favorite! We roll out the dough, put on butter, cinnamon and sugar, and then roll them up.  We slice the cinnamon rolls, put them in buttered pans and bake them. Yum! We are so grateful to have such nice friends and neighbors. Jesus’ love can happen in anything.
