    ELC teachers minister to the needs of young children and their families by providing a safe, loving, Christian environment to foster intellectual, social, physical, emotional, and spiritual growth and development.

  • Administrative Assistant for Children's Ministry

    Part Time (20-25 hours) // Brentwood UMC

    Provide administrative support for the Children’s Ministry Staff by coordinating day-to-day operations in the Children Office and work with the staff as a team to integrate the vision and mission of BUMC Children’s Ministry.

  • Human Resource Assistant

    Part Time (20 hours) // Brentwood UMC

    The Human Resource Assistant is responsible for the administrative support of day-to-day human resource operations to include recruiting & onboarding processes, employee records, and employee engagement. Position supports employees from Brentwood UMC, the Early Learning Center, and the Day School.

  • Day School Teacher (2026-2027 School Year)

    Part Time (15-20 hours) // BUMC Day School

    The Day School is seeking caring, enthusiastic individuals to join our exceptional staff and ministry for the 2026–2027 school year. We are a part-time preschool serving children ages 1–5, and we are currently hiring teachers to work specifically with children ages 1–3.

    The school is open Monday–Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and follows the Williamson County Schools calendar, making this an ideal opportunity for those who want to work while their children are in school.

    We are looking for team members who love working with young children and are available three to four days per week. Our staff is a warm, collaborative group of women who value teamwork, creativity, and a supportive work environment. We strive to work smarter, not harder, while creating meaningful experiences that support children’s academic, emotional, physical, and spiritual growth.
