FIELD NOTES
My son is sitting on the floor watching a movie as I write this. He’s laughing hysterically. Filled with joy. I have to think this joy filled Jesus during this story. Imagine, he’s in the middle of teaching, when all of a sudden he’s interrupted by some guys trying their best to get their sick friend in front of him. I can just see the smile on his face when confronted by their faith. Like a proud father or brother.
