Inclement Weather Updates

Weekday Inclement Weather Policy

In case of inclement weather during the week, please check the BUMC website (bumc.net) or call 615.373.3663 and select option 2 from the menu for updates on closings and canceled classes. We will also send email updates to our Urgent Church Communications email list. We will make a decision for closure or delayed start by 6 a.m.

For notification of delays, cancellations or closing, choose one or more of the following:
•    Subscribe to our Urgent Church Communications Email at bumc.net/email.
•    Follow us on Twitter (@BrentwoodUMC), Facebook (Brentwood United Methodist Church), or Instagram (@BrentwoodUMC) for notification.
•    Check our website homepage at bumc.net.
•    Call 615.373.3663 and select option 2 from the menu for an updated message.

 

Day School

BUMC Day School follows Williamson County Schools for delayed openings and closings.

 

Early Learning Center (ELC)

In the event of inclement weather, ELC will work with Brentwood United Methodist Church to make a decision about opening late or closing for the day. The ELC will make a decision no later than 5:30 a.m. on the day in question. Families will be notified of any closings or delays through email. You can also call the ELC office (615.324.8202) where there will be a message regarding the day in question.
