Little to no experience with weaving? No worries, this class is for you! We’ll go over how to make a loom with supplies in your home, basic techniques and tips to get you started, and the best resources and creators for continuing your weaving education. If you own a loom, have it handy to follow along in the technique portion, if not, there will still be plenty of info shared to get you started on your weaving journey!
About the Teacher:
Allison Owen is a lifelong creative hailing from the Sunshine State. As an Arts and Communications Graduate from Florida State University, she received formal training in design, communications, and screen printing while teaching herself to weave outside of studio hours. A big fan of coffee, Noles football, and her 89-pound lap dog, Wilder.
