Surprise a child in your life with a tree decorated with little sacs containing small ornaments. Each day they open just one on the days before Christmas. Lots of options for the creative crafters or shoppers. No skills required. These trees can be used for many years – even generations. No supplies required, but have a pen and paper available for notes.
About the Teacher:
Leslie Young retired a year ago from a long career in healthcare and social work. She has practiced yoga for over 30 years and became a certified yoga instructor two years ago. She has two daughters and two grandchildren. Sewing and gardening are among the many activities that keep her busy. She has taught yoga at the women’s retreat, “Breathing Space,” for the past two years. Leslie is a member of the Crossroads Sunday School Class at Brentwood United Methodist Church.
