Learn this brief, common series of eleven yoga poses for warm-up, strength and stretch. Participants should be comfortable moving from standing to floor and back to stand. Yoga mat recommended.
About the Teacher:
Leslie Young retired a year ago from a long career in healthcare and social work. She has practiced yoga for over 30 years and became a certified yoga instructor two years ago. She has two daughters and two grandchildren. Sewing and gardening are among the many activities that keep her busy. She has taught yoga at the women’s retreat, “Breathing Space,” for the past two years. Leslie is a member of the Crossroads Sunday School Class at Brentwood United Methodist Church.
